I started learning Amazon FBA in 2016 and launched my first brand with a $10K loan while working a 9–9 job. I scaled that brand to 7 figures and sold it, built 3 more brands, and consulted with aggregators and investment firms that acquire FBA brands. I'm still launching and operating brands today.
Build an Amazon Brand That Pays You and Sets You Free
Tailored, founder-level FBA mentorship to launch, scale, and sell a business asset you actually own, without guessing alone or gambling your life savings on recycled advice.
- Built and sold 7-Figure Brand
- Amazon Operator Since 2016
- Advised Aggregators $100M+
Built By an Operator
But it wasn't always this easy.
I had to figure it out on my own, and online theory breaks in real-life execution. Even after turning to some of the top agencies for help, I still ended up $250K negative before rebuilding the strategy myself through real testing, execution, and what was actually working.
"Amazon FBA is not won by theory. It's won in implementation."
That's why The FBA Foundry is built around hands-on implementation, not just information. You work directly with me on the mentorship and implementation decisions.
- No outsourced staff.
- No VAs.
- No handoff to junior coaches.
Information Is Free. The Decisions Aren't.
Let's be honest about why you haven't launched yet, or why the brand you did launch still hasn't taken off.
It's not because you didn't try. You've watched endless videos, read the articles, saved the frameworks, compared the tools, and maybe even bought a course. By every visible measure, you've done the work. So eventually the quiet thought starts to creep in:
The truth is, the problem was never a lack of information, it's the flood of it. There's endless Amazon FBA content out there, and most of it was never really built to get you to the finish line.
It isn't meant to. The videos, articles, free guides, and "breakdowns" are usually lead magnets by design, built to sell you a tool, an agency, a service, or another course. And much of it is theory from the outside, often from marketers, agencies, and course sellers, rather than operators who've actually built, scaled, and sold Amazon FBA brands themselves. So you end up buried under a pile of conflicting advice that never pieces together into something you can actually run.
And even the parts that are solid only explain the model, they don't evaluate your decisions. You understand the theory. You understand how Amazon FBA works. But when it's time to implement, you still can't tell if what you're doing is right, or just another guess if:
- your product is worth ordering
- your supplier is safe
- your sample is good enough
- your differentiation is strong enough
- your launch plan is about to build momentum or bleed cash.
- your listing and creatives will convert.
Information can't give you the one thing that matters most, whether your specific plan is actually right for your brand.
And that's where Amazon FBA gets expensive.
Because this business isn't won by knowing the steps. It's won, or lost, in the implementation: the decisions behind every step. It's not what you do. It's how you do it.
- 01The product you choose.
- 02The branding and design.
- 03The assets you build.
- 04The supplier you trust.
- 05The quantity you order.
- 06The angle you launch with.
- 07The ads you run.
- 08The cash you put at risk before you know if any of it is actually going to work.
No video can confirm that for your exact situation. No course can sit inside that decision with you. So eventually, you stop researching, you guess, and theory turns into an invoice.
You wire the money.
And now every decision has real cash attached to it:
- inventory
- freight
- packaging
- creatives
- launch spend
- PPC
- your savings
A wrong guess here isn't a lesson. It's dead inventory and a failed launch, six months gone before you even realize you were on the wrong path, cash you don't get back, and a failed business staring back at you.
So the question is simple:
How many expensive guesses can you actually afford?
Most people get one real shot. Maybe two. Then the money is gone, the nerve is gone, and the idea of building a real online business quietly goes back in the drawer, not because they were wrong about Amazon, but because they were alone for the only part that actually mattered.
Now picture the other version. Instead of stitching scattered internet theories into something you hope works, you get proven steps and strategies that show you how to implement and build your brand the right way, with an operator who has built, scaled, and sold FBA brands as your mentor. You stop guessing whether you're doing it right. You stop wasting time navigating wrong turns. And you stop gambling your savings on a hunch, because now you have a proven path, and you're not building it alone.
That's what the FBA Foundry was built to give you.
What is FBA Foundry
The FBA Foundry is a tailored, hands-on mentorship and consulting program that helps you build, launch, and scale your own Amazon brand, using FBA as the foundation for an online brand flywheel that can grow beyond Amazon.
You get the roadmap and training, but The Foundry is built around guided implementation. As you move through the major stages of the business, product selection, supplier sourcing, brand direction, listing, launch plan, and PPC strategy, you are not left trying to turn the theory into execution alone. You get direction, feedback, and operator-level guidance around the real work you are building, so you can move forward with more clarity at each stage instead of guessing alone.

Frequently Asked Questions
01Do I need any experience?
What matters is your willingness to learn, invest, and execute. You don't need experience to get started, but you do need to be willing to put in the work.
02Is this a course?
You'll receive the training, roadmap, and strategies you need, but the main part is in the implementation and decision checkpoints
Instead of being left to figure everything out yourself, you'll work directly with me through live mentorship, personal consultations, and decision checkpoints. I'll review your work and provide guidance on the actual decisions behind building your brand.
You're still the one building and operating your business, but you won't be left figuring out every important decision on your own.
03What's included in the mentorship?
More importantly, you'll receive personal product selection reviews and implementation checkpoints covering supplier sourcing, product differentiation, branding, listings, creatives, pre-launch testing, and PPC strategy.
You'll also get guidance on growing beyond Amazon and building a brand with long-term potential.
04How is the program delivered?
Both combine strategy training, live mentorship, and personal reviews at key stages of building your brand.
Group Mentorship includes two live group sessions per week, along with private product selection reviews and guided implementation checkpoints.
Private 1:1 Mentorship includes dedicated weekly sessions, along with private product selection reviews and 1:1 guided implementation checkpoint.
05Can I do this while working a full-time job?
Plan to dedicate around at least 5–10 hours per week to the mentorship and building your brand. Some weeks may require more time.
The strategy training is self-paced, and group mentorship calls are typically held twice per week for around 1–2 hours, with multiple scheduling options.
You can build your brand around your existing responsibilities. What matters most is making consistent time for it and following through on the work.
06How much money do I need to start?
- $5,000 -- Minimum
- $10,000–$15,000 -- Recommended
- $25,000–$50,000+ -- Larger-Scale Brand Opportunities
Your product selection and launch strategy will be tailored to your available budget, as different investment levels open up different product opportunities, marketing strategies, and growth potential.
07Do I need a product idea before joining?
You'll learn how to identify and evaluate product opportunities based on real market demand, competition, differentiation potential, and your available budget.
Once you've narrowed down your options, I'll personally review your research, evaluate the opportunities, and give you my recommendations before you commit to moving forward.
08What if I'm already selling on Amazon or have an existing product?
Some products have strong potential but need a strategic overhaul — from branding and differentiation to listings, PPC, and growth strategy. Others are already performing well and have opportunities to scale further.
But not every product is worth saving. If the numbers or market opportunity don't justify further investment, I'll tell you directly, and we'll evaluate whether it makes more sense to reposition, pivot, or pursue a stronger product.
The goal is to build on what makes sense, fix what's holding you back, and avoid putting more money into something that isn't worth pursuing.
09How long does it take to launch an Amazon brand and start seeing results?
The actual launch timeline depends on your product, manufacturer, customization, shipping, and other factors. Going from product selection to selling on Amazon can take several months. Once your product is live, you can start generating sales.
Some brands reach profitability within their first 2-3 months of selling, while others take six months or longer. There is no fixed timeline or guaranteed outcome.
Like any real business, results depend on the product, strategy, market conditions, and how well you execute.
The Foundry is designed to help you navigate the build efficiently, make informed decisions, and avoid costly mistakes — so you can build your brand on the right foundation from the start.
10Why do some Amazon brands fail?
Even a great product can fail if the strategy and execution behind it aren't right.
11Is income or success guaranteed?
Like any real business, building an Amazon brand involves investment, effort, and risk. Your results depend on your product, capital, market conditions, and how well you execute.
What I commit to is providing the strategy, mentorship, and personal reviews included in the program, helping you make informed decisions, avoid costly mistakes, and execute with a clear strategy tailored to the brand you're building.
You'll be the one putting that plan into action and running your business.
12How long is the mentorship, and how long do I have access?
After the 12-week mentorship, you'll continue to have access to the foundation modules and training resources for as long as the FBA Foundry training library remains available and relevant, so you can revisit the strategies as your brand grows.
The main focus of the program though is live mentorship, implementation and decision checkpoints , not just modules.
13Can I join if I live outside the United States?
Amazon accepts seller registrations from many countries around the world, although eligibility and registration requirements vary by country.
Before applying, make sure your country of residence is eligible for Amazon seller registration and that you can meet its verification requirements.
You can check Amazon's official list of countries accepted for seller registration here:

14Do you offer refunds?
The Foundry is not a trial or a self-service video course. Training access is granted upon enrollment, and your place is reserved automatically for limited mentorship capacity, personal consulting, reviews, and dedicated founder time.
We provide the full program details, expectations, and terms upfront. There are no sales calls, pressure tactics, or money-back guarantees and refund marketing tactics to sell you. We expect members to enroll committed to the process and prepared to follow through.
Changing your mind, deciding not to participate, choosing to leave the program early or not liking the process required to build, does not qualify for a refund.
Please review everything carefully, as all the details about the program and process is listed in this page and the video and if you have any questions, you're always welcome to message before committing.
15Why are there no sales calls?
The Foundry has limited capacity because I personally work with members. I'd rather dedicate that time to helping people build their brands than running sales calls
No salespeople. No Sales tactics. No closing scripts. No pressure.
